Lest you forget (or maybe you're trying to forget) that I, Mr. Safari-Rick will be bringing (or at least attempting to bring microphones for the Karaoke session!

Dear Annie,

After the potluck (read margi-ball, martini, bloody mary, wine tasting, beer fest) just put the music on and see what happens. The spirit (or spirits) is bound to move someone.

What happened to the polka music?

Does anyone play the accordian?

Who knows how to yodel?
If we get any yodelers, I'll head out right now and buy another microphone.

Carry on,
Ms. Smith, Music Appreciation Chair
(or is that musical chairs chair?)

In keepin w/the Cowboy theme: how 'bout folks bringing if they'd like cowboy cd's songs/singers: Hank Williams, Sons of the Pioneers, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Charlie Rich, etc. we could have a rootin' tootin Cowboy Joe (or Rick) time

Dear Thelma the Yodeler,

Such a variety of hidden talents! And to think Mr. Thelma plays the accordian back up. Fantastic.

I heard the str8's dog's tap dance? Is this true? They did back out of the Olympic Swim in Gorman once they saw Holly's legs (they thought it was going to be Ed) but I knew they had other skills.

The Paula's can cook. And Steve can do pancakes.

What other talents do people have? Feel free to volunteer up other people's skills as well in case they are shy. I just know someone will break out in operatic song or Irish Folk dance (or hives) to entertain us. Let me think...

*quickly tries to think of some talent...decides typing on the computer keyboard doesn't really count*

Rick the Corn Toss champ? I know you've got something.

Entertainedly yours,
High steppin' Bam

My oh my ms. smith,

I am flattered...the yodeling was developed during some very hot showers...how it turns into a talent, I have to ask the "Hoff"...

As for other's talents, I heard through some feline channel that ED can fly...(the underdog???)....

Yours humble yodeler

No need for concern. I'm guessing that most people have that picture readily available for posting.
