Counting of the SPON

(NOT flaunting of the brisket)

Attention Fun Seekers:

We have been chatting about the Lake Cachuma Spontaneous Semi-Rally
November 15 (Thursday) - 18 (Sunday) and some peeps even mentioned a possible early arrival on Wednesday or a late departure on Monday. Whatever your schedule allows is great because of the no advance reservation system. Just show up and leave when you want.

However...

Since this is a SPON it is happening quickly. There are no official sign ups but we should get a sense of who is actually going to show up so no one makes the effort and finds themselves wandering (ahem...Wanda) around alone looking for silver.

Could we get an unofficial official list of who's really going and when they are planning to arrive?

Thank you,
Ms. WWJLBS, III
Your Cruise Director

It's obvious that you are woman of taste, and so, for you, yes I will break out the big hat.

I am currently planning a SPON arrival on Friday and hope to stay until Sunday. I realize that spaces are first-come, first-accommodated, but are folks planning on staying in the full hookup, partial hookup, or dry camping area?

I believe the plan is to stay in the full hookup section when possible. As we get closer to next week, may be you can PM one of the attendees to confirm location and exchange phone number.

Thanks to all

We just wanted to thank you all for a great time in Kernville, and yes Kev, you did scare us, but we are coming back for more, Vail Lake, site 74, and San Clemente, site 64, thanks again for the fun weekend.

It was a pleasure meeting you both. We're really glad Judi came out of her shell on karaoke night. See you at Vail Lake. R and D

Fabulous! Since you survived Kernville, not much can scare you from now on...I especially enjoy Judi in the chorus line...

don't forget to sign up on the rally calendar!

See ya,
