Spring / Summer Rally???

Pismo Coast Village?

400 sites directly on the beach.

There are 26 mostly grassy, tree-lined acres which include a General Store, arcade, (seasonal) restaurant & catering services (805.260.3321 for info), laundromat, heated pool, play areas, fire rings, bicycle rentals and a miniature golf course. There is complimentary wireless internet access, satellite TV, and two telephone ports in the Accounting Office lobby as well as a pay phone in the square for modem connection.

The surrounding area has “wineries, Hearst Castle, Dunes Recreation Area, kayaking, surfing, biking, fishing, golfing and sunbathing just minutes from the resort". Dive Cowboy bars, feed stores, cosmic bowling.

Yes. We had a forums Rally there before, and it was a great success. They are well organized, and close to the beach.
I camped there a few times sans forum members, and it was neat.
Great for general beach stuff, plenty restaurants nearby, dive bars for Kevin galore, great bicycling, plus, a Trader Joe's not far away, up the freeway a couple of miles or so. It's a doable drive to Moro and Hearst Castle, basically a great location. I would be interested, depending on the dates.

It worked. Different color shirts helped as well. Of course now I am catching up with the fuzzy face stuff for the Kernville Rally.....

Intel, please....first come, first serve.....scares me after driving for 3 hours to get there. Is it busy there this time of year? I could not ge there until Fri late afternoon. I would think that by then most of the good sites would be gone to locals coming up for the weekend.

I was under the impression that they will not take reservations til Jan 08. Excella 3287 -- Kip and Monica -- had a contact there that got us all together, great place- when we were there they had a car show on the pier and it was a blast. Also cruisin the dunes was fun. Debbie

It's a little close for me.
