Hi Rick, we went up the 15 out of Vegas all the way through Salt Lake City IIRC. Then Hwy 89 up into Jackson. Double check the map to see where you pick up the 89.
If you want to go to Yellowstone first, just take the 15 all the way to West Yellowstone, MT. The western gate to the park is right there, you can see the park, then head south to Jackson.
West Yellowstone area is one of my favorite scenic areas.
We've done it both ways, can't lose either way you do it.

I would love to.
I had such a great spon at the lake this week
gorgeous spot
beautiful weather
no yahoos
but
I can't disappoint Mom on Sunday.
We're doing brunch.
Early.
Sigh.
I have been a disappointment on more days than just Sunday........as for Kay, she has Mother's Day several times a month, so I am ahead on that count.
Is it a spon if there is only one? (two if you count TT)

I'll be hooking up and pulling out down the lonely highway to a spon with no name, destination nor bilateral human association. Although nameless and without longitude or latitude, , the sky will be blue and the stars will show in the midnight sky.
