We Made It
Hi folks,
Just wanted to let you know that we made it to Playa Bonita in beautiful San Felipe. Easy border crossing yesterday morning and a smooth (if you don't count the roads) 120 mile drive to our sleepy little fishing town. Roger and Roxie are the only other campers at the park. You deadbeat's spots are still open. I'll post some pics tomorrow.
No good news on the house build. Had to fire another one. Oh well, we're on Baja time now.
Welcome to the new folks. We are planning to be in Temecula at the Vail Lake RV Park June 6-8. It's not on the Rally Calendar but there will be 5 0r 6 units there. If you plan a rally, we'll come. We're off that day. Ron

We'll be walking over to the Blues and Arts Fiesta in a few minutes. Here are a few more. Roger and Roxie hanging out on the beach in front of camp, Debra's unused camp spot, and a picture of The Thing on it's last outing. We're leaving it down here to be our Baja car. Ron

Can I ship you a couch potato teenage relative?
It looks like he'd fit right in.

all this talk about great weather is making david and I very jealous---idaho weather is still cold 30's at night and the days in the 50's if we are lucky. we are looking forward to calif in june. does anyone have any info on the vail lake resort rally for june 7,8 & 9? we called vail lake and they said all the spots in the chardonnay mesa sites have been already reserved. i would hate for anyone to have to cancel but if you do could you pls let us know so we can get a spot. Thanks and we will bring some idaho wine from one of our local wineries

Hi, we would love to meet you guys in June. It's not an official rally, but there will be around 6-7 airstreams hanging out that weekend. If Chardonnay area is all booked, try a different loop. They are not too far from one another. Let us know if you are able to make it.

Right on! Glad you guys are having fun. What a great spot!
How are the hookups? Could this work closer to summer, when one needs A/C down there?

Substitute fun
Ron,
Great pics....Thelma and I just had to do something to ease our pain of not making it to Baja....I think you will recognize the venue, and there was even an Airstream represented!

Wait...are you sure that wasn't me
under the table???
No sadly it wasn't.
I was at home
wrangling relatives.
Pouting with Uwe
(together but not together)
about missing Margi's in Baja
and now I see also missing
some Patron with the TIMES.
Life is too short
to be thirsty.
And you may quote me on that.

I read that some researchers believe one drink a day is beneficial to your health...
so...here's my one drink for the day....
"Cheers! To Health!!"
