Just to make sure nobody gets the wrong idea, the whining didn't start until the temperature reached the teens and our esteemed greeter became a kevbocicle in an aluminum wrapper...he almost lost one of his digits...

i'll have you know in 29 Palms, i greeted bill keerfoot n family at very dark thirty, helped spot in 17 below temps, and then helped setup the TENT for the teenagers.

then later in the trip escorted a peep to dinner, and my date went home w/ someone else...

who picked that place???

Frozen digits aside, what's a little chill among friends?

After all, between us we have at least 17 Fire Dancers, several portable campfires, heaters and more heaters, propane up the wazoo, rumor has there are some especially nice sweaters about to appear,

and we always have enough wood to warm the whole campground.

Just sayin'...

Okay, I'm going to back off a little on the "not voting" idea. I here the Dodgers may be playing the Red Sox at the LA Coliseum at the end of March. For a kid who saw the '59 World Series there, it would be a blast from the past. Anyone want to make a trip of that? Anyway, that Feb. 29 date is starting to move up my list of choices. Ron
