And Speaking of Burt Reynolds

Here is a shot I got at the Shady Lane. Still don't understand why we didn't stay there.

I hate to digress but...

I think we're all goin boondockin in March in the Panamints.

The day after Christmas the Goin's are goin to Monument Valley to see the snow capped Mesa's. Buy some schlock at the trading post and having learned how from you know who. We're gonna do some grave looting. Yes, Kev I know we have to give you a %.

After that we'll meander through AZ. via the backroads to the FCU New Years Eve party at Mt. Picachu.

If this Caravan appeals to you then come on along.

P.S. I saw Elvis driving a Moho on Hwy 62 several years ago. Of course I was on my way back from the Honolulu Club...

Oh oh.

I've been outed.

But that wasn't me and I know nothing about it.

Happy Belated Birthday

Dang,

We were hanging with Bam (and Wanda) for over a week watching balloons and Patron vanish and now we missed her 28th Birthday, we sooo sorrrrrry for our tardniness in conveying our best wishes for the young lady from Los Osos.

We PM'd Mr Bam and asked him to throw a little extra hardwood on the fire tonight, Bam deserve a cozy place for the celebration.

just saying....

How very thoughtful you are Mr. Time.

Don't forget I do have my special extra large souvenir balloon shot glass that you and the Mrs. so kindly gifted me at the rally.

Of course it will be filled with flowers only...

Several exciting options so far...

Okay.

So far we have:

1. Table Mountain in Wrightwood.
Scenic, reasonably priced.

2. Shady Glen RV Park in Barstow.
Possible Elvis sightings, interesting neighbors.

3. Following the Goins to Monument Valley.
Looting, snow, tacky and amusing souvenir buying.

4. Perhaps squeeze in a quick trip to Lake Cachuma in Santa Barbara.
Wine tasting, Cold Springs Tavern, Lake, fewer speeding tickets for Bam.

What else?
