I keep forgetting, but isn't there a rally in March?

And of course 4CU has Deadhorse in February...

and more TBA.

Feel free to chime in with new dates and places.

San Clemente

We have March 20 - March 22, 2009 at San Clemente State Beach. Just checked on line at Reserve America, one full hook up still available for those dates.

After missing out on Lake Isabella we are going to try again. Three months should allow me to get our act together and come up with creative excuses for any adult responsibilities that may crop up.

Sounds good to us, do you want to take a stab at organizing a Cal Streamer Rally? After all, you are no longer a rally virgin. Maybe you can check with Pismo Sands to find available dates that can accommodate 20 or so Airstreams. Then post the available dates and get a straw vote on the best date. Just a suggestion to get the ball rolling. How about May or June?

Hi, silverbacksurfer. Pismo Beach is a great place to camp. Actually we just left there today. On our trip to Oregon, we made our first stop at Pismo Beach and on our way back home we decided to stop there again. [last night] We stayed at Pismo Beach Village RV Resort; Different place, but same area.

I called Pismo Sands this morning. Here's their availability:

May 1 & 2: 80 spaces available

May 15 & 16: 40 spaces available

June 12 & 13: 28 spaces available

June 26 & 27: 35 spaces available

I'm throwing out these dates to see which ones are most appealing to the group. My vote is for May 1 & 2 (April showers bring may flower and all that kind of stuff). Let's start a discussion/vote regarding the possibility of this adventure! Life's a beach

We're good for it. May 1-2 15-16 June 12-13, 26-27 Any is good for us.

We'd like to do a boondock also in Anza Borego in April but we're still figuring out the possible spot and elevation. Time and place. The bloom calender isn't on line 'till much closer to the bloom date.

Great of you to move it ahead SBSurfer!

We will go with the earlier date, more spaces and less crowds, May 1 & 2 look good for us,but some of the other may work if the majority decides on another weekend.

Let's hear from some more folks...chime in boys and girls.
