Do you think it will be done by then?

I went back and took a look at last years Fall Rally at RiverNook. It brought a smile and happy memories.
I also wanted to know what spot I had last year and I thought,
why not post the list to let the others know just in case they were also curious and could compare this years spot to last year.

So, here's were we "hooked up" at Rivernook 2007.

Site # 455 - str8strm: Ron & Debbie, Dogs Milo & Lucy (what happened to mickey?)
Site # 454 - kevbo10: Kevin (and Bob) Toss & Tots
Site # 453 - BamCamper: Laurel (and Wanda & J. Louise) Dog Ed and/or Holly, arrive Thursday, dessert
Site # 452 - SteSpot: Paula & Ed (Thursday)

Site # 448 - Big Dee: Replaced by new Airstream People

Well the suspension, floor and outer shell are almost done after that is the life support systems, inner shell and furniture and it's already beautifull.

Well it recently lost its backside....something about the old tail lights being big and the relocation of the AC rendering the big hole (old waterheater) not necessary and then the relocation of the batteries to the front, the entire back under the window including the curve will be replaced to produce a streamlined uncluttered look......this is going to be one cool Airstream....

By the way, Ed was involved in a hit and run accident with his truck in downtown LA yesterday morning......he is okay but someone made a left hand turn from the right hand lane in front of him after he was exiting the 110 at 9th street. The "someone" in a black suv didn't stay around....Ed's airbag went off and the repair will take 3-4 weeks....wonder what the other dude's vehicle looks like? And we don't have a tow vehicle for a while. Just confirms my belief that life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans......just glad he wasn't hurt.....and he was wearing a seat belt....pj

Yes Ron, I second that, That he wasn't hurt. People are so or such (a## H###)impatient, like the dude could not wait and turn after it was safe to do so.
I never liked to use that terminology about someone, because if you think about what it looks like it is awful. But, it does fit a lllllooooooootttttttttttt of people. Would anyone agree?????????

The main thing is that Ed is fine.

You can easily replace a truck. A spouse who puts up with you is a lot harder to find.

i'll take it!

that would be david, wendy, jake, and a soon-to-be-boy-or-girl.

what's the catch with 444? why is it the last one left? is it down the road and under a powerline, or next to a cemetary

i'll have an aluminum tent by the end of the summer, i promise.

Hey David,

We'll love to have your family there. No catch. Just call Rivernook and make the reservation. Refer to post #1 for instruction. Tell them you want site 444, unless someone else already gets it, it's yours.

Let us know when you confirm your reservation with the campground.

It's getting exciting!!!

Big Birthday Party Bash Rally!!!!
