Got a call last night from the "woman" at Rivernook who's worked there 32 years! She jumped in my S _ _ _ about her not wanting my CC when I made the reservations. Now, why would a person not want to make sure that he/she has reservations? In any case, I cut her off and told her that Steve had taken the info earlier Sunday morning.
Hopefully, she doesn't "accidentally" remove me from the list (again).
In short, don't piss her off !
