Hey Perry and other camp planners,
The Gyno Bambi will need room for an adjacent tent for two virgin hangers-on. We will arrive Monday afternoon, hot tamale shooters on board, ready to Click and Clack on command.

My rude calculations show we could shoe-horn in about 20 units into our 200' on street by 150' deep; on paper..by we won't have that much paper out there. I'd let other engineers calculate that out.
Could we have the 'Click and Clack' on Tue or Thur? What about something for Saturday and Sunday dull time, maybe heckling and grading passerbys.

Perry, bring your extra large white board for daily updates on our camp's shenanigans.
I have shloads of random signage for various things.
And everyone please bring all manner of delightfully tacky decor (and I do use that term quite loosely) and plenty of lighty blinky things. Just bear in mind that the winds can be fierce so be aware of securing things that may blow away.

Dan Gair, my traveling companion and spouse has offered the following for one of the dead times:
Pix-elation - Putting your camera to work in the real world.
Do you have a Burning Man desire to take your photography to another level? Maybe even earn a solid living with it?
Pro Photographer Dan Gair offers one-on-one portfolio reviews, shooting advice, and career counseling for advanced amateur and beginning pro photographers trying to get a foothold in this challenging field.
Dan's own career has spanned more than twenty years and his advertising and editorial work has been published worldwide including use by The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Gourmet Magazine, Caribbean Travel & Life, Unicef, Lindt & Sprungli Chocolates, Radisson Resorts, and many others.
Bring laptop, pod, or pad for a portfolio review. Dan also has a killer slide show from his photographs taken on and off assignment around the world. He has the projector if he could use some time on the big screen.
Holly Hunter; I am happy to offer "Planning Your Escape". Life un-plugged, a nude (new) approach to financial planning and intentional living.
10 years advising and guiding as a Certified Financial Planner, sold my practice in 2009 and now live on an off grid ranch on the beach in Mexico making goat cheese.

Holly, I would love to learn to use the Nikon 3000 I bought and just point and shoot with now. I will bring it.
All you guys, I can give some practical advice or demonstrations on the mechanical systems in your trailers. A little of this and a little of that, might be a good title. I will also be happy to look at some specific problems. I'm a mechanical engineer witt a srong design background but have also maintained our families fishing boats for years. I can fix anything.
Perry, do you want me to bring the rotohammer for drilling holes for the rebar anchors? Did you get your swamp cooler straightened out?
We're getting a ton of Salmon now and if I have room I'll bring some down and cedar plank the filets NW style.
Adios,
Dan

I'll be driving my Airstream from Boston to Black Rock City in August, my first cross-country tow. It includes a two-week layover in Denver, CO. If anyone has a lead on a parking space near there (unoccupied), please let me know.

Let me know your trailer size and TV and any other details I can put out word in the Denver/Boulder area for you. Be sure to check out www.freecamping.com and www.boondocking.com. There is also the regional Wally Byam folks that post free stop overs.
Good Luck!
We left 3 weeks ago from Eliot, Maine to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, now we are in the Black Hills SD headed to Yellowstone. Stunning!

Dan said he won't be able to help much with specific cameras as they change so often, more the career aspect. See you soon!

Hey Dan, naw, #4 bar drives quite well with fence post driver or sledge. We'll need equipment to extract the bar sometimes. Got the inverter running at the battery, but not sure the swamp cooler is doing too much.

I noted in the BM map that Monte sent, we're pretty close to open ground on both sides of 3:00 if we run out of room. Post #326, the link doesn't copy here.

Funny I had a feeling! We live in Mexico and own a campground there, off grid, sustainable, on the Pacific Ocean. www.RanchoSolYMar.com. Look froward to meeting and connecting at BM.
