Kani,
Wouldn't want to miss one of your's and the Mr.'s exotic island dishes. This is about the only time I vary my standard dietary "camping fare".

Kani,

CJ of OKLA is actually bringing it. They took it home from Texas for me after the Texas vintage rally in February. None the less...it will be there.

After "dry camping" all winter, I finally broke down and de-winterized yesterday in preparation for this weekend's rally. As I finished up around 5:30 or so it was snowing with temp's dropping. I ended up leaving a small space heater on all night and found this morning that, although it got below freezing during the night, it was an even 50 degrees throughout the trailer. I know that doesn't always protect the holding tanks, but all water was running freely this morning. The wife always looks forward to the first "de-winterized" trip of the year. I don't understand it, but she says there's just something about the dry-camping "accomodations" that are becoming less fun as the years go by. Hope everyone's "prepping for the weekend" goes well over the next few days, and wish you all a safe trip.

I'm guessing that no matter how many you make, there won't be any left!

Bill

The park does not have a pavilion but they DO have an group meeting room indoors complete with kitchen (fridge_oven_sink)

I have to agree with Isadora that no matter how many you make they will ALL be gone

My computer may have a virus My shift key is stuck on and cannot use punctuation

We will bring some brisket that was smoked yesterday and some from a local bbq chain to ensure there is enough (they owe us a freebee)

See ya"ll in a few days

Dennis I was on call last night and was out when the snow hit We were hit with a great deal more than the forecast> Even at almost three AM there were four or five accidents>

Getting ready to leave

Hello... We are getting ready to leave the Airstream Park in Zavalla Tx. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and to meeting new ones. Hope that the weather co-operates with us. We are starting our trek north to our home in Canada. Safe travels everyone... Annie

i thought you had said earlier that they had an oven. we'll thats good i just went and got the stuff for 4,doz. that was before i read your massage. I would have been very unhappy to have made them at home. and had to eat them on our way down there.

Ran into 2-aspirins this evening. He plans to call the campground. If they still have sites, I think he's in for this weekend.

Yes, Steve's leak detector machine will be at the Rally. James and I will be bringing it for Steve.

Hey Dennis, I just sent you an email. Glad your work schedule is going to give you a break. Look forward to seeing you and Janice.

Rain won't bother us as Steve has tested our A/S and she is pretty sound.

The campground just called me and let me know we had twenty one registered trailers for the rally

The sign up page shows eighteen registered so we have some lurkers

I have also been contacted by a couple in Bolivar and Springfield that want to attend despite not having an Airstream yet

Went today and got new spring clamp bolts and nylon bushings for when i install the new axle after the rally on the flying cloud!
