I was planning a week in Branson starting Monday, with a stay at ABC. I had planned to look it over to see if it would be a good site instead of Compton Ridge. Unfortunately my wife has come up with a heart issue that hospitalized her today. She should be home as early as tomorrow or Monday, but our trip is postponed for the moment.

Bottom line if anyone else is headed down there and would like to check out the campground for a fall rally, please do so since I'm not sure when we will reschedule this trip.

Jack

Oh, no, Jack! I hope everything will be okay with your wife! And we all certainly understand what's important--make sure she is comfortable and well. Our thoughts and prayers are with you two!

Jack,
We, likewise, are wishing you and your wife the best at this time and wish her a speedy recovery. We missed you guys at the Branson rally earlier this month. Sounds like from your other thread that you have a "mob" showing up for your Moraine View rally in June. Wish it worked out we could attend, but that's right on the doorstep of another trip we've had booked for some time. Maybe next time.

I just noticed, that was my 1,000th post. A heartfelt sentiment is somehow appropriate for “Double Master” status.

Again, all my best to Patty.

Thanks all. She came home today. A little shock treatment got her back into rhythm and a new med from the doc, will hopefully keep things in even keel. ABC folks were nice when I called them to cancel our trip. They will hold our deposit to use for a future reservation this year. So all has turned out ok. Thanks for the well wishes.

Regards,

Jack

Glad to hear it Jack.

Wouldn't ya know that I was in the ER for FIVE hours yesterday with a 104 fever and was told they could do nothing for me since it wasn't strep. The US medical system needs serious reworking. I really appreciate the military healthcare system after yesterday.

Steve,
Did they happen to test you for aluminum poisoning? Only kidding of course--hope you're feeling better.
