Feeling guilty Bill? Not allowed to do disco because of a prior conviction? Now we all know the truth

I think disco was the REASON for the prior conviction, Steve!

I have some bad news for us good news for someone else.

They have scheduled my husbands total replacement on the 25th of March which means we will have to forfeit our kick butt spot at Compton Ridge. It is lot # 18 if anyone is interested. I won't give it up until I find out if someone wants to take it over. I put $20 for them to hold it.
I will try to sneak out of the house and come down to meet everyone but it will not be the same without my sweetheart.

We tried to get his hip at a different time but could not and since he has been in constant pain for 20 years and can hardly walk or stand anymore I think we have to do this. DANG! Last year it was a funeral that caused us to cancel this year a hip replacement. I think if I had to choose the hip replacement is a much better reason. :-)

Kani,

Bummer, but you will both be missed. We just hope there is a speedy recovery for the October Rally.

Hmmm,,,,,
I got a spot last year from Juel, space #6, but with a 31' Sovereign and a back up the hill blindside right turn into the space, it was tough getting in there. a smaller trailer would have fit better.

Space 18, Kani and Jack got a 31' Sovereign, so do I. They will want whomever takes over the spot to pay them back the $20 deposit. Juel will tell you I promptly send payment for the deposit.

Kani and Jack, if you for sure can't go, let me know and I would be interested in your space.

What hospital is he having the hip replacement done at? Cox? St. John's?

Thumbs up

Threre is a reply floating around out here somewhere.

Kani and Jack, last Spring I was able to sweet talk Juel out of her spot by paying her the $20 deposit. She will tell you that I promptly wrote out a check and mailed it to her. I just wish she'd cash it.

I got spot #6 from her. It was on a down hill and a back up to the right, a blind back up to the right. It weren't no fun getting in there. I had to be careful walking out the door because if the gray geese were flying, I was liable to slip and slide half way down the hill.

I am interested in taking over your spot. I live up in Springfield and got a 1978 Sovereign and I make helacious deviled eggs.

What hospital is Jack getting his hip done? Cox? St. John's? Dr. Buckner?

Jim

Hey John,

Although we have a count for the number of trailers, we don't have a head count for the actual rally. People may get into specifics as we get closer. Since many are rally goers from October I can get a semi-accurate head count for you, but things change.

We are a little over a month out from the rally, but I still expect to see a few people jump on the rally page by then. I believe we had over 20 rigs last October.

Aw, Kani, another one down! But, like you said, it is for a VERY good reason! Hopefully Jack will be feeling MUCH better afterward, and will be able to get around a do a lot of things he hadn't been able to.

We would LOVE for you to come by, even if he can't! Maybe you can take him home a plate from the potluck.

Susan
