7"??!! Shoot, it's 73 outside now! Supposed to get rain Thursday so I'm guessin' that storm's melting on it's way down here.
We'll see y'all in the fall up there. Thought of maybe moving it to northern Oklahoma??? There was a state park we stayed at on the way to Branson that was really nice - great facilities & people... something "falls"... (Kim's not here otherwise I'd ask her if she remembers). Great hiking and an amazing "falls" area...

Yeah its fun to live in the midwest. What was it Steve, 78 here Sunday? And then yesterday we get a foot of snow. The good thing about March is that this snow will probably be gone off most of our lawns by the end of the weekend. The only lingering effects will be the mountains of piled up snow in the parking lots.

My lawns are clear of snow completely as of this moment.
Spring in Branson may have a snowman building contest if this keeps up!

It was in the 70's this weekend in central Arkansas, then we had about an inch of snow (actually more, but it kept melting) yesterday, then it was 63 degrees today! Bizarre. And now 5 inches of snow is expected tomorrow night!!!

BBQ requires the use of smoke, and is not cooked over a high heat grill.

Dave,
Grilling is over HIGH heat.
BBQ is cooking low, slow, and using smoke

Yeah, I know - it's a mid-west vs west thing. My Texas friends always want to correct me. What's to correct - I'm right!
I BBQ on low heat for a tender result that melts in your mouth. If I'm using high heat, it's because I'm out of time/in a hurry - and the results are different.
Have a great rally and BBQ/Grill. Hope you're there in a trailer. Yes?

Airhog Video
While casually surfing YouTube today, I stumbled on a Airstream video that I thought you might enjoy. It featured none other than the Great AirHog1 discussing one of his favorite subjects. Hope you get a kick out of it as we did.

Hey Gary,
Are you sure that is Airhog? I always imagined him with more hair wearing a Mizzou shirt . Whatever the case...the accent in his voice is pretty much a dead give away.
Gosh I love AOA!
