Hobby Lobby has disco ball Christmas ornaments in different sizes. Very cute to hang off your awning!

We're packed and ready to go. Unfortunately I have to wait for my counterpart to get home before I leave, and that will put us a little behind schedule!

I love running my own business.

Sure hope we've got a high spot in the campground as Branson is under a Flash Flood Watch from late tonight until Friday morning. They're talking about rain totals of 3-5" and possibly more in spots - this according to Weather Channel. Could be fun driving there tomorrow so everyone be careful.

Hey Alan,

I just called the campground about the flooding. The campground is actually pretty high in elevation compared to Branson, and they never have issues with flooding. There may be some wash outs and mud, but it IS a campground. Most of us should be on pads or well tamped gravel. As for water and leaks...I think I will bring my leak testing equipment if anyone has the want to get it done. I know I owe a few people some tests, so we may have a nice show if someone can get the Lawrence Welks music out.

At last count, we have 18 forum member reservations, two SOBS, and possibly a few forum members making the day trip without family members.

Just got the Chili winner plaque and the buttons. They look really good!

Steve

Clouds are coming in fast here, but it isn't supposed to rain steadily. The weather radio says intermitant storms, supposed to hit here tonight and Branson area tomorrow night. Looks like we will be driving in the rain! Getting hitched up tonight I think so we don't have to do it in the rain in the morning. Should be there by noon.

Just spoke with Steve by phone. He, Amy & Colin are making their way towards Branson from St. Louis. Company’s a’comin Jack & Kani!!! Said they had just pulled over and visited with a couple of other rally attendee’s that was overnighting at Wal-Mart. Beginning to pick up some rain. No matter—it’s going to be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well we made it to Jack and Kani's place, and we are braced for more rain.

We will head out in the morning...I hope this weather system passes, but if not we are prepared!
