Hey Dennis,

Ole Clax sent me a message today that he and Iggy were arriving Friday and leaving Sunday. He must have to work Columbus Day unlike the banks and government workers.

It's 9 x 14, we fold it lengthwise twice and just roll it up. It only weighs about 4 lbs. very easy to put up and take down, the only thing is, now we need to tote a ladder along!

See you there on Thurs/Friday

Hope to meet some of you on Thurs and Friday morning. Will be there Thursday and have to get back to Houston Friday afternoon, so add a 72 Tradewind to the mix for a day.

Current weather calls for rain on Thursday and Friday. I hope the weather guy was wrong just like he was for this weekend here.

We may just miss you as we are probably coming in either late morning or early afternoon on Friday. Glad, however, you can spend a little time with us. How will you be going home? If you're coming back thru Springfield to get on I-44 West, I'll watch for you along the way. If you have a CB, put it on "14" and will give you a holler if I see you in time.

Even if it rains we have the pavilion to party under. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to go back to C.R.

Kani and Jack have offered to courtesy park us over Wednesday night. We really appreciate it guys!!!! If it is only a 10% chance of rain then we may get to Silver Dollar City after all.

Weather

Well, they are always wrong and can never agree. I saw this morning that there would be rain Thursday, partly cloudy Friday, and sunny Saturday. So, according to www.Branson.com here's their guess:
Thursday...Showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Highs around 70. Chance of rain 60 percent.
Thursday Night...Showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Lows in the upper 50s. Chance of rain 60 percent.
Friday...Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers. Highs in the mid 60s.
Friday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s. Highs in the lower 60s.
Saturday...Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s. Highs in the lower 60s.
Saturday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 30s. Highs in the upper 50s.
Sunday...Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 30s. Highs in the upper 50s.

So, I guess like all good scouts, we will be prepared!

Well...we can be thankful for a large pavilion to sit under. Too bad Billberk isn't attending with his 75,000 BTU forced air kerosene heater. That really kept us warm several rally events back in the rain.

Anyone bringing lights to go with the disco ball? Perhaps we can borrow some from one of the shows!
