I am happy to make the change, but please understand the I have only reserved G-18 for Friday & Saturday nights. H-10 was reserved for Fri, Sat, Sun nights. Are you both OK with this arrangement?

Marc, 3:30, 4:00 am ought to do it. The count is now 50 trailers and we are still months away.
We are always looking for Chefs, Sue-Chefs and all sorts of kitchen help.
This sounds like it will be the best bash ever.

Well, the way these things go, that's just about when the party breaks up for the night. He can go right on to cooking!

I hope there's room :)

Holy cow! We just saw this and hope there's still room for one more. We will definitely be staying Sun. night. So, we'll see if we can reserve whatever spot is left for that extra night.

We had a blast last year as did the kids (who will be there too... 6(g) and 3(b)).

Looking forward to it.

Gary.......There's really 51 trailers.......Bill & Jenny Donners (bjdonners) aren't on the list but have signed up to attend. They're new to the forums and are going on the CCC Caravan.......so don't know how to sign up yet.
Also........I haven't notified some of the regulars yet that are not on the forums......like Mary Kulish and Frances (attend the 1st BB rally)......and Jim Faulkner(attended South Beach rally) I think we can hit 60 b4 this is all done!

Maybe we should cater this thing..........esp. if we're looking at feeding 120 people! That way we can all relax and just bring our plates to dinner. On the other hand.....it's such a kick to see what folks bring to a potluck!!

BTW......Bacon is not on the menu for breakfast yet.....no one has requested it.....(and Janet can't stand the smell of bacon frying)!.......so relax Marc....you can sleep in!

Jim, can you contact them and be very clear, that they have to make their own reservations at this point. Anyone who just shows up most likely will not have a place to camp.

or.. we could order in delivery pizza? Seriously, with everyone pitching in this is very doable.

I love the smell of bacon cooking, but it takes a long time.... And it's a saftey hazard as we dicouvered last year. When the rain hits the hot bacon fat, it gets interesting! This year we're having ham - it cooks fast and there's a lot less clean up. However we still need scullery help. The big grill task this year will be cooking taters... wascobob's gonna need help with a crowd this size.

Still we need a good handle on how many are going to be in attendance. We may set a forums record!

Hi - all the prereserved rally sites are spoken for. You will need to make reservations directly with the park for all three nights unless you see your name on the site list in post 3. Let us know when have a reservation and what site so we can add you to the list.

hi bashers....

man this thing is OUT A HAND!

cOoL!

lets NOT do bacon this year....

the pigs need a rest...

or if folks want to do bacon individually and bring it to a meal that'd be fine.

catered? that is just creepy to me in a state forest campground.

1/2 the fun of food is the preparation/chat together around the skillet/pot/spatula...

and don't forget the laza' cookoff!

pizza on the other hand, would be a neat delivered meal one night.

we seemed to handle sharing the cooking pretty well at the alien gathering....

surely we can do it with rocky racccooooon too...

how about skillet/baked egg dishes for b'fast....

frittatas and potato/egg/veggie things and such....

much less effort than individual eggs/bacon/french toast things...

just a idear

and how can we NOT be including local ocean critters....

steelhead butch, i need my steel head!

cheers

night shift...

just like work at home! Tater duty is fine too... I love a hot grill in the morning!

Butch - the girls will be there, no problems this time - they love the beach!
See you soon! Can't believe it's mid June already!
