The OR unit members already know about it, it was in the newsletter. Most of them are heading to Idaho for the Jazz Festival that same weekend. Annie and Wynn Chappel are coming though. I've been pestering them to come enjoy a forum rally for a while now. They're one of the other younger couples in the club that have been 'rallying' for more informal rallys

Hee Hee..

of COURSE she's still into theatre... lately it's been the business side of it though.

Yes, I'm amazed at her too!

hi marc....

yep that's me...

they require less space than airstreams...

i stopped counting at 500...

what would she like to try?

i'm happy to bring some....they don't take much space.

i've got a varied lot from 1900s to current.

common and obscure brands; domestic or international?

how about some 60 year old ink...

i can pack it with the bacon...

if i don't drink it all on the trip out!

cheers

java for youba!

ok bashers....

it is proven with absolute ality that coffee,

when properly made,

and consumed concurrently,

removes all the harmful effects of bacon...

so more bacon can be consumed...

providing the coffee holds out,

and so on, 4 eternity.

i'll be bringing the finest locally made stuff for a good many folks...

(30 cans or so)

but i need a quick bit of feed back...

WHOLE BEAN or ground.

i never leave the house without a grinder but realize not everyone is that prepared....

since the beans will be roasted and packaged wednesday...

who wants what?

GOT GRINDER? would be the advertisement,

with a dark stash of bean froth/creama... on the upper lip, like milk.

if i don't drink it all on the way out

cheers

We need more bacon! The bash has grown! Check post 4 in this thread for an up to date attendance list. By my count we have 32 trailers and some folks in yurts. PLease let me know if you are making your own camping arrangements so we can get an accurate-ish head count for meals.

and 2air - French press here.....

Bacon and coffee. Who needs anything else for breakfast!

Janet- Count 2 for my parents in the foil covered yurt. They said they would bring a salad for Saturday and syrup and eggs (farm fresh from Napa) for Sunday.

2Air- We drink French Roast in a vacuum pot at home, but in a Melita Drip while Streamin'.

Can't wait to see everyone!

Hi 2air,

Jane and I fire up the espresso maker at home, but like Brad, we do the Melita drip while Streamin' (now it's a dance step). Since we're usually just out for a few days, we don't pack a grinder, we just get a half-pound ground for the Melita. We'd be interested in checking out some of your grind.

Thanks!

Janet,

We will be going to the NorCal rally ~ leaving tomorrow. Back home for one maybe 2 nights then we will head up to Beverly Beach! I will try and check the list the short time we are home... I can bring bacon, or whatever you need the most! Let me know if you want something in particular!

This should be a great rally! Looking forward to seeing everyone! Last trip for us for awhile... it is back to the "grind"! This being retired is a whole lot more work than I originally thought it would be!

Drive safely everyone!
