What is the process for turning over a site at Topsail to someone else? How easy is it?

Weather looks to be great this weekend. Cooler temps than normal, minimal chance of rain, and warm Gulf of Mexico waters in the high 80s. Perfect!

[If you know where the window leak is, you can temporarily seal it with foil tape (the kind that is used on ductwork).....available at Lowe's or Home Depot.]

Ron,
It is the rear window (dinette). I think water is getting in at the top of the window between the glass and the weather stripping, pooling in the sill and seeping in, soaking the dinette cushion. I have some of the tape you are describing and will try that tonight along with a waterhose test. It's just frustrating...

We are looking forward to it. We'll try not to cause too much trouble to the back row. But with a 3 and 6 year old...you never know.

Sorry Folks, we are not going to be able to attend. If you know of anyone that needs a site I should cancel mine about 8:30 central 9-1-10 for site 145. Maybe we will have better luck next time. Hope everyone has a great time.

Life is great at Beachstream! Chief is doing the video again. I keep forgeting to get out the camera.
Weather is very nice, not nearly as hot as it has been.

Another great rally - we had a lot of fun! Good seeing everyone - hope you all make it to the CanOpener Rally (same place in January).

First, my thanks to all attendees.....what a great time! For those who had to cancel.....you really missed a fun weekend. The weather was perfect, and the jokes/food/adult beverages were endless. If laughter is the best medicine....I have a year's worth stored in the few brain cells that I have left. The video should give you an idea of the fun we had, but I was having such a good time that I didn't take the normal amount of pictures and video.....this is the best I could do with what I had.

When you go to YouTube, use the buttons in the lower right hand corner to select 480p, and then select one of the other buttons to either expand or popout......full screen is a bit fuzzy. There is nothing wrong with your equipment at the beginning of the video.....turn up the sound, and enjoy!

Great vid Chief. Always entertaining.

We also had a great time. Small group of fun people. Those of you that missed this one missed an unusual rally. We are still here and don't leave until Saturday. Pretty quiet now that the entertainment is gone.
