How was the HB party?

Just wanted to know how the beach party went. I'm from HB but live out of state for the time being. I would love to have come, sounds like a cool gig. Anyway, eventually I'll be back so keep HB Streamin alive!

Yeah, are there any pictures of the big party. I only live 30 minutes away and wanted to be there but the "stream was in the shop. Just got it back this weekend. How about another party???Is there any overnight camping available anywhere near HB?

I think San Onofre is the closest coastal camping to HB. You can't camp right on the beach anymore though, but you can camp on the cliffs overlooking the beach. It's a way fun place to camp, especially if you like to surf.

There is Doheney SP at Dana Point, we were there this last weekend for the Woodie show and will be there the weekend before Memorial Day for the Blues Festival.

There is also San Clemente SP.

There is an RV park, privately owned, right near HB Pier. The name of it escapes me right now.

Camping @ Huntington BCH

There is an RV camping area on the ocean side of PCH in Bolsa Chica which is just a mile or two up from Huntington Beach. It is very popular and you make reservations through ReserveAmerica.com. The biggest thing it has going for it is that it is right on the boardwalk. I don't beleive they have sewer hookups but they do have Electrical and water...

I grew up riding my bike to Bolsa Chica to surf, I forgot that you could camp right there in the parking lot. That would be a good trip too, mainly because the waves are usually decent there.

Hi all: We are going to the Doheney Blues Festival (the lineup is awesome) and have tickets for Doheney SP Thursday night and Sunday night, which puts us in a jam for Friday and Saturday night. Does anyone have courtesy parking who lives in Dana Point? We have two wonderful dogs which are going to stay in our camper, but I need to leave the festival periodically to check on them. They sleep and will not bark unless someone approaches the trailer.

Thanks, Robert and Sherry
