Dan,

I've heard from a past attendee that because you volunteered, after the rally, they went back the next day and got in FREE - the ticket guy said, oh you were a volunteer.. you get in FREE. That might help. I'm willing to do that!!

Also, get a couple co-hosts and use Google Docs to collaborate on a budget, schedule, and information regarding the event.. it works good. Google Docs ROCK!!

I'll be watching it. I like that it's a 3 day event.. we'd travel on Thursday and return on Sunday.

Willy and Mattie are still talking to their friends about Airstream in the Wilds trip and the service project. Wilds was there first rally and you and
PeeWee and all the rest just made that a great memory for the kids.
We will be watching to see if it can happen again and will be there I hope.

Well, I would honor the "WBCCI Buddy Rally" concept and would not be take advantage of it. If it was a WBCCI event, I wouldn't be attending, since the buddy rallies are for introducing a buddy who is a possible "Future" member, a "prospective" member, and allowed to attend in good faith.

I'm none of the above. So, if it was listed as a WBCCI event, I would not be able to attend.

It's 9 hours =/- from us and would make a great three day weekend trip... Looks good for us.

Can we shoot for the First weekend of October? I know kids will be in school but, it is one of the only weekends we have left open. I will drag them out of school for a Wilds Weekend!!

I am In!!! Just let me know the dates!! I saw last years' rally and am sorry I missed it...not this time! Book early and I will be there...Photo Shoot or not , I am interested. I take thousands of shots when traveling ..so if a few are great that's all I need. AirstreamHobo

we did not get to make it last year either...but read the post and seemed like a blast. would love to be able to do it this year! Will keep my eye on this post.

My family and I would be very interested in coming. I ask also because IF this is a WBCCI event I would not be able to attend. I am a past member and not a perspective member so I do not qualify for "buddy status". As I said, we want to come. I am even willing to cook breakfast for everyone on a donation basis.

I missed these posts the first time 'round with "Garage Construction" going on... We definitley would be "in" - photography or not, that would be a great bonus and I would participate in a class. Month of October works great.

Happy to help from long distance in anyway possible.

So... Any word on tentative or set dates?
