Dave Alan was supplying the name tag holders and doing a contest for the coolest one. But since he can't make it I guess anything goes. If you choose to wear a name tag, I'm sure anything be it hand written or high-end computer graphics will be acceptable. As ALANSD had said long time back, no agenda, no pomp and circumstance, etc. "No criteria" probably fits in there somewhere too.
Even with a name tag I'll probably be asking, "Now what was your name again?"

Dates for the Fall Forums Rally
We are sick that we won't be able to make the rally. I have a deposit and the campground is willing to let me carry it over till fall. Are there dates yet? I would like to book early so hopefully we will get a decent spot. Let us know, we mill y'all.

Glad to see the weather report, the super menu, and looking forward to our get together. Spoke to Jim ( of Jim and Susan) and he is psyched too even though he can't come with the Airstream, he will try hard to make it.
Wish we could get there earlier, but we wil not be able to roll out until after 4 on Friday. Hope to be there at 7- or so. Save my spot! ( not really its already saved),,,, Even bought new guitar strings for this one.

I'll load up fire wood! Don't forget - bring your chairs and blankets for the movie Friday night - if you are so inclined.

I just printed out the list so I'll know where to find everybody. I'll bring an arm load of firewood, too. We'll be there Friday afternoon probably 'till about dark, then we're gonna try to come back Satutday night. No smoked turkey, tho, dangit. Can't wait! See y'all in a day or two.

Wow this place is nice!
We've landed, got in at 3:30, Sugarfoot is here (at least his rig is, haven't seen them yet)
It's overcast no rain, the place is GORGOIUS, plenty of shopping and resturants. Your not in the middle of no where.
If anyone has wood for the campfires bring it there's one at each site.
Put my toe in the water, that's all that's going....it's cold.
There are two other rigs, will see who they are later.
This was the first trip that I went up/down 7% grades one was two miles long. The allison trany was like an automatic braking system, I took my foot off the gas at 50, it just held is there all the way down in tow mode I almost didn't touch the brakes.

Alan, I went by the liquor store last night to stock up my bar and will hit the grocery store tomorrow evening. The trailer is ready to go except for clothing (will pack it tonight) and I will just carry food in a couple of coolers. I'll load up some wood tomorrow after going to the grocery. I hope to leave no later than 8 a.m. Friday morning headed to Hiawassee. See everyone then.

I'm in Greenville tonight and working over towards Clemson tomorrow. Expect to be in C-2 by mid day Friday. See y'all soon.
BTW we only need 15 more new members to hit 20,000... don't bump the thread.... It would be so nice to have it happen on Friday..... We have a great excuse to celebrate!!
Imagin me trying to slow down recruitment?

Hey Bob, I think Sugerfoot is a "she". Actually a she and her mother. Great camper she has, doesn't she? But you probably already figured that out.
See y'all Friday.
