The moderators took time to put our thread in the Forum Rallies category and I also filled out information on the rally event page http://www.airforums.com/forums/cale...5-8;&e=430&c=1

While this may not be the usual rally gathering I guess anything can be a rally - even a rally of 1. As of now, I think there are 3, maybe 4, Airstreams attending. If you plan to attend go the link above and indicate you will be attending the event.

Anyone is welcome to camp with us - an Airstream is not a requirement. For that matter you don't even have to camp although that's much of the fun. Drive in for the day, come to the show, have a good time.

I received word from a member of the Troubadours they would like to get together with us if possible. Antsy and the band have tight schedule that weekend. They are arriving Saturday afternoon just prior to the show and will be leaving on Sunday to return home. If there is time during that period they will gladly meet/talk to us.

That's fantastic. We would love to meet them. Could we through together a Potluck? Not many of us will be there, but they may enjoy a little food and drink. Could offer Dessert after the show or a late dinner...or perhaps a pot luck breakfast.

Either way, we're in. Let us know what we can do.

Hi group, I will be on site 103 for the weekend. I'll try to arrive early on Friday. I'll have some wood for a campfire if the weather is agreeable.

The rally graphic is on rotation on the portal page of the forum. Our last minute mini rally graphic looks pretty good. We have 3 participants now - maybe we'll get a fourth. Regardless, it will be fun. A bad day camping beats a good day at work!

Danielle and I will be hanging around the campground on late Friday afternoon and evening. We'll probably eat at the campground - grill some burgers or something simple. Saturday AM we'll also be at the campground - we have not decided on when we''ll leave to go to the festival in Gastonia. I know Matt & Beth and crew will be arriving on Sat. so we may hang out at the campground until they arrive.

I hope the weather cooperates.

We will be leaving here after our daughter's b'day guests leave. Expect to arrive around 3. Looks like it will be just 2 of us. The kids didn't want to make the trip.

We will give you a call when we're in route and provide an eta. Pot Luck Breakfast on Sunday?
