Yes, indeed.

Those of you with ovens in your trailers will have the option of using that if weather is not cooperative.

Us folks without, DO all the way.

Alumalina 2014 - Video Trailer

While working on the Canopener 2014 video it occurred to me Alumalina 2014 should have a video trailer. I incorporated photos take at the event last spring. I hope you enjoy.

Chuck, another fine job!! Makes me want to be there.......NOW!!!

BTW folks, this weekend I had a sampling of the fish we will be having. Totally awesome, you will love it. Beautiful white fillets, about 1/2 - 5/8" thick. The 2 cookers, oil, hush puppy mix and fish batter are here at my shop now, waiting for the day. The fish, shrimp, and devil crab are tucked away, safe and sound.

Wine!

Chillpoints, I love me some white wine from the Biltmore!! Is that something you (I) can get in SC or NC (on the way through rt 77)? I'd love to stock up when I'm down there. John

I remember that fish from last year.

As good a fried fish as we have ever eaten.

(We're packed. )

Great Video

What a great video and it was cool to see our camper on there!

Who needs white wine from Biltmore? I would be happy to pick up some bottles for you!

wine

It is I that would like some, hehem, cases, not bottles. I have a cousin in Ashville, I know he can get it at markets and such. I was wondering if it will be available outside Ashville. Thank you for your kind offer, I might take you up on it. John

Tell we uninformed what is special about white wine from Biltmore? Is that Biltmore as in Biltmore Estate?

We like lite whites....not too sweet, aka riesling, white zin. ??

We might be interested in a few bottles. Price?

Maggie,

Not sure what your routes are but in NC there are several wineries. We visited Shelton and really enjoyed our tour and case. http://www.sheltonvineyards.com

Just off I77 Dobson NC

Biltmore Estate Wines

I am (as you are Maggie) a fan of dry(er) whites. I have found the Biltmore wines very enjoyable. I like their reserves alot. Prices can be 10-12 for some, 22 for others, be warned I have not bought in some time, could be be off. My cousin usually brings me some when he comes to visit, as I help his Mom and Dad out. Rigth now I'm out. John

I know it is readily available here in Asheville, not sure where else on NC it might also be available. I am sure between a couple of us we should be able to get all you need transported. How much does an AS hold? I will do some looking to see about pricing and descriptions for you and Maggie.

Thanks John, my AS, usually holds enough for a weekend, LOL!!! I could load up but really two cases is enough. I don't think hauling 5 or more cases would be something I'd ask anyone to do anyway. Besides, I got to pay for it too. John

Ummmm, being about all things small.....we will not take 3 cases and add 2 more, but would be interested in 3 bottles.

One to share, 2 to take home.
