I just got my RV pass for Delfest 2012 MAY 24-27th in Cumberland, MD Hands down this is one of the best festivals on the east coast. Just a few miles of the interstate and a paved road all the way to your camp site. They've installed 50 additional electric hook ups this past year. Also dry RV passes available as well.

I got the electric hook up RV Pass for Delfest for $150, they sold out of those last year but they have good amount of them left. The Dry RV passes is $75. This venue at one point was a horse race track back in the day and now the city of Cumberland owns it so it's well maintained with a lot of camping infrastructure. This is also a family friendly event with tons of kid friendly activities and kids area.

If I don't get to go to Merlefest in April, I plan to go to Delfest- That is a great lineup. I just wish that the Punch Brothers were going to be there.

Dan I've been to Merlefest and it's a great festival but what I like about Delfest is that Allegany County Fairgrounds is ideal for this festival. Only a few miles off the interstate, a paved road all the way your campsite, multipurpose facility for LATE NIGHT STAGE, kids area with planned activites. I could go on and on.
