Gene, I too believe that neither of us would be upset if we did disagree with one another.

Wink Nude or naked?

Something my Mom always used to say:
  • Nude = not wearing any clothes.
  • Naked = not wearing any clothes while up to something!

And lets include Sned' in that.

Just to be fair to the Puritans—they started the first public schools in the world in 1636, started the town meeting and democracy (for white men first), were wily merchants and seafarers, had the first town planning, started Harvard U. and had the courage to start life anew in a foreign land. Perhaps all such active people have some glaring faults too and have to be single minded—trouble is, single mindedness can anchor you in the past.

That was said well and I agree 100 percent. My soulmate was brought up a little differently then I so nudity will be restricted to within the confines of the house although there are a few witnesses that will not be knocking on my door anymore! I work mids and sleep natural from 830 until 3 something and if awakened answer the door without dress. (My house) Also the house modesty rules are in effect anytime grandbabies are here makes me feel safer (they like to wrestle with papa). I would also prefer that my children teach their children their beliefs.

Jim, what a great opportunity to do one of those polar bear swims you see on TV around New Year's—and you can do it nekkid! Call the local TV station and have them send out a crew to see the crazy guy.

We will see -40C here tonight and tomorrow night. At -40, the Fahrenheit scale is the same temperature as Celcius. Trust me, it's cold.

Brass monkeys are nowhere to be seen, and even the polar bears think twice before going for a dip.

Was curious if this rally ever took place and what the turn out may have been.

Of course unless you're inspecting wood.

You will undoubtedly have some interest however I think the majority of us find that at some age we look better with our clothes ON[emoji51]

No one ever sent the photos I requested seven years ago in post 153.

Having been to a "clothing optional" hot springs in western Colorado, I can confirm that some people don't look so good naked, but plenty of people don't look so good with bathing suits or clothed from head to toe.

Some people care very much how they look and some don't. I really don't care if they look old or whatever, but some are very vain and some aren't.

The funniest thing I saw at the hot springs happened several years ago when three young guys—maybe 18-21—arrived naked but somehow all three had one hand strategically placed over their crotches. This of course attracted everyone's attention and laughter.

Yeah, there’s definitely “good naked” and “bad naked”.

While a nudist camping experience doesn’t interest me, I am happy that air forums continues to deliver. I certainly didn’t expect a thread about this when I opened up the site this morning.

No thanks....👎

Not enough under 35 AS owners to make it 'interesting'.
I see enough when I step out of the shower and peer the mirror...🥴😲
Plus...even if it was thrilling, there's not much I could do about it.

I find it interesting how many of the replies turn to something sexual or of a visually stimulating nature. I personally feel that visiting a naturalist resort is simply an extension of the same freedom that we feel while RVing. Aren't both just appreciating a more simple way of life. It also helps with the limited closest space that we all have to deal with

My only point is that it may not be the experience that some may think. I encourage anyone that has even the slightest interest to give it a try. Maybe even out in a very secluded area where no one else is around. You might just be surprised.

Just don't forget the sunblock
