Cody,
If you are really brave, you could just ask everyone to bring something. With enough people, you will have a full selection and variety of courses.

ok, still new to this thread poll stuff
I thought I'd be creative and try a poll and list menu choices for you all to sign up for..somehow I can't get the poll up w/out putting a post, thereby the duplicate posting..Anyway here's some ideas: hor d'eouvres/appetizers; meats: beef, pork, fowl; carbs: pasta, rice, beans, potatos, breads; salads: fruits, vegetables, greens; desserts, and everything in-between.
All Dishes are up for grabs..I was just thinking a tropical kind of thing to go w/the margaritas (a la Jimmy Buffet, flamingos, parrotheads, leis, etc.)..

I think everyone should just go crazy and bring whatever they want. Let's not make it too complicated. We had soooo much food at the last rally we could have invited the entire campground and had food left over. (The only caution would be to not have everyone bring desserts.) If people want to announce what they are bringing, fine. If not, just show up with whatever you like.
And sure...if people want to do the tropical theme, why not. Dress up if you want to. I'll tell Ed to look for his beach wear.
