NO, but I will be showing kayak videos inside my hootch.
I guess by now NEil's place has become an ash hole from all the falling stuff from the very close forrest fire just across the road from his place, get the hose out buddy and soak the liven $hit out of everything you can get water on.
And CALL me if you need a hand!!

Several of us have been in contact with Neil via Facebook over the past several days. He and Lynn are fine, so far. The fire started NE of where they live and is moving away from them. The last I heard, they are even planning to go camping up at Wrights Lake!

No Wright's Lake is a no-go. HWY 50 is closed and the fire today is heading that way. We did look today for alternatives to the southeast but found no trailer friendly campsites. HWY 88 is heavy with traffic looking for alternatives to 50.
The first photo I took from the bottom of our driveway....the second from a couple of evenings ago. The view is north by east. The ridge in the distance is 3 miles by crow. Camino proper and HWY 50 are up there.

Thank you. The wind changed direction on Friday and was quite chokingly thick. We had planned a camping trip with daughter and grand kids to Wright's Lake but the forest service closed many if not all the El Dorado Co campgrounds and forest roads. Tiffany, our daughter invited all of us to their home in San Rafael. Nice here. We are planning some day activities in Marin County. Our Airstream is parked home fully stocked with no where to go........until Jackson Rancheria. I shoulda closed the windows on it...!
