Thanks! Happy hour sounds good, hopefully we can get off work early. Heck I might just take the day off. Apologies if this was covered and I can't find it, how many portions is reasonable to plan for the potluck ?

2014 Jackson Rancheria Rally, October 10-12, 2014

This question comes up all the time about serving size to bring for the potluck. We have roughly 125 faces that will be looking hungry, so figure a serve size in that proportion.
Just kidding lol
A 8-10 serving works best
Skip work, don't be late like 53flying always is. We leave the light on for him

Actually we party in 53 Flying's site. Kinda slows his set up time.

Hello All, looking forward to seeing everyone. I printed 20 color LARGE copies of the site map and will bring them. Hopefully it will help us older folks remember our way home, and everyone's names... Maybe a few of us can tape them up, with a "You are here" star...

Check in/out stuff

Check in/Checkout stuff & directions

At the time of this posting, our group and each of our own individual site reservations have been set.

For GPS directions use: 10690 Dalton Road, Jackson, Ca

For the benefit of our newbie's or those that forgot
Jackson Rancheria has a check in policy regarding your holding tanks. Don’t be alarmed with their request to empty them for you upon arrival.

If there is an issue during check in, call me or have Jackson Rancheria do the same.
They know how to reach me
Check in:
Each of us are registered under our own names, forum name and site number. Just provide them one of these upon check in at the office.

Check out:

None, just leave by 11:00AM on your day of check out!

Any issues, concerns, changing of minds, chickening out, change in rally preference or changing of a flat tire…… Call me!

I believe everyone has my cell number right?

We should be arriving around 4PM Friday.
See all of you there!

Save travels for all of us.
Thanks,

Jeff

We are just about ready. Hitching up here is a bear on a slope with a side 'pitch' where the car is parked. I placed the blanket in the back seat of the car where Lizzy rides. When I finished without warning she lept onto it and would not budge. She's ready. About Lizzy.....she has been battling an upper sinus infection since March. All efforts for us adminstering pills, powder and the anti-biotic injections by the vet have been in vain. However, our vet assures me that her condition is not contagious to other pets.

As I usually remind all.....don't forget to renew or get a Rancheria Dreamcatcher discount card....especially before filling your tanks our filling your tummies at the casino buffet.

We will see you all REAL soon.....Go GIANTS!

Neil, Lynn and Lizzy.

what gives with the old pic? I know it ain't raining, the drop top is up in that pic. Normally when it rains you have the top down..
you should at least have the courtesy of making us jealous of the weather..
