Dennis,
Thanks for the offer. Yesterday was beautiful, but it started raining overnight and it is supposed to rain ALL day today, but tomorrow and Sunday is supposed to see the sun return, but the cooler temperatures are supposed to stay. Have a great time at your installation rally and I hope you don't have any of the rain we're getting today.

Great place!!!

Well we into street festival today---the hell with the rain.

Also just found a new leak, so I have something to fix tomorrow.

Bob,
That's the spirit. Besides, I have it on good authority that tomorrow and Sunday is going to be sunny and 67 F once this storm blows out over the evening. Isn't camping wonderful? I'm just happy we have a nice pavillion to get in out of the rain and out of the trailers before I go stir crazy.

Its been absolutely gorgeous today. We've enjoyed your hospitality immensely DEITZ! Frank emptied the water from your dehumidifier but I can't remember if he turned off the oven.... I'm pretty sure he did.

I asked the girls from "Merry Maids' to send me the bill, but I'm just a tiny bit worried they didn't understand my Spanish very well. Personally, I think your living room carpet looks better than before. (Amanda still isn't talking to me though.) Anyway,
Thank you!

P.S. Sorry about the bush next to the garage.

can't make it!

I am sorry that Frank and I haven't and can't make it after all. We have had a series of events that have conspired against us, one being me having to go work the hospital today to make up one of the days that had to be taken off due to the G-20 summit.

And, on the last trip we took to Erie last weekend we noticed the van had acquired a shimmy on the front end, Frank is taking a look at it this weekend but I'm guessing we may be done traveling for the season.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful time and I will think of you all sitting around the camp fires tonight!

Thumbs up best rally entertainment bar none!

Would you believe a sword swallowing show

Yes 2 members of Penn Wood are professional sword masters, that was only after they were fire swallowing.

I want to see a rally to top that

great time

We are having a great rally and the weather today was just gorgeous. Seeing lots of unique trailers during the open house was fun. We enjoyed great food and friendly folks! We had enough people to really fill the pretty pavillion at PennWood! Lots of food! The fire eaters and sword swallowing was awesome entertainment! The looks on the kids' faces was priceless! Thanks Charon and Alex! A once in a lifetime show for most of us, I am sure.
We would like to thank the hosts (and hostesses) for all of their hard work and for inviting all of us to come and join in the fun. We will look forward to seeing all of you again and down the road.

What a nice weekend to happen by Penn Wood

Mark and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Penn Wood on Friday to find out that we were in the middle of this forum rally. We caught up with our friends Tom and Sue and made several new ones. The parade in town, the Beef Barn, the dinner, the campfire, and best of all the sword swallowing, fire eaters Karen and Alex. We can't wait to see you all again, what a great time we've had. Thanks and bye for now.....

Thanks again!

We made it home safe and sound in about 3.5 hrs. (30 min. SW of Cleveland) Had a wonderful trip. Great rally! Hope you will all get our direction some time!!
Our next informal rally is this weekend, Oct. 8-11 at Dillon State Park. If you are in the vicinity. We have it listed on the rally calendar.

Carl, I did empty the dehumidifyer. You need to restock the pantry. We ate all the vienna sausages and crackers. The chips were a little stale though so we did not eat those. Those T bones in the freezer were awesome, hat's off to your butcher!

The girls loved the swing out front. I did mean to run up to the hardware store and get some new cord to repair it after I snapped the cord doing the spider swing late at night with Beth.I am sorry for the sewage back up. I told Don to stop dropping his empty beer cans down the cleanout and he did as soon as the stinky black liquid came out onto the ground. From that point on we just used the bushes out front.

Make Yourselves At Home

Frank and Don,
I am seriously going to have to rethink this courtesy parking thing. I'm glad you took full advantage of our hospitality. It's OK about the septic system; it's getting pumped out this Friday anyway. Elaine and I love the pictures.

I am glad the girls enjoyed the tree swing. I made it for my grandson and he's terrified of it for some reason, he won't even go near it.
