Pismo works for me. It would be pleasure to have a shorter drive this time.

In October there are a couple of rallies already scheduled.
The NorCal Rally is the weekend of the 10th and the CA Streamers Rally is the 17th.
How about the weekend of the 3rd?

The fall is such a lovely time of year...it fills up fast.

What say you Sistahs???

Boy, October is filling up fast! I am camping with my Mom and the horses the first weekend of October (3,4,5), but the weekend of the 24, 25, and 26th is free. Would that work for everyone????

Oh, how I hate to be the spoke in the wheel....

Hi pals!
That 3rd weekend in Oct. works for me, too! Thanks for getting this going.
And Bam, have a fabulous adventure to Africa. I'm sooo jealous!.
Be sure to take protection from the dust for your lungs and your camera...We expect plenty of photos and stories.
Take care and happy travels~

Let's get a date on the calendar and start a new thread!

Well, howdy-do Silver Girls!

Just checkin' in to say hello, and stir the rally pot a little! I am dying to get something on the calendar for late late winter or early spring 2009. So, how about it - is it time to ink the 3rd annual Western Region Women's Rally?!

I miss you guys, and we have soooooo much to get caught up on!

How about Pismo in March '09? Maybe the weekend of the 14th or the 21st?

Rap to me sistas.

Hi Meredith!
Yes, absolutely count me in for all of the above. This time I'll probably bring both daughters--Malia is still in awe of the amazing camaraderie, talent, and kindness she experienced. Now Katie wants a piece!
Miss you and all the other belles~

Hey Sistas!

Chiming in here! Count me in too.... I'll bring Dana for sure...maybe Evie if she's available....she might be newly married by then! (she's engaged! ! !)
I'll be bringing my new 'vintage' 63 Globetrotter that Uwe just sold me....as most of you know I sold my Bambi CCD to a wonderful new 'Sista' named Debbie O'Connor a photographer from Ventura... and I'll certainly invite her to participate in our shinanigans... er... adventures. That way the Bambi will continue her roll call at the Women's Rallies.
What FUN!!!
Debra

Hi gang! I tried to make the rally in 2008 but was just getting my 25' airstream that weekend, so I did not make it. However, 2009 would be fun. I have stayed at Lake Casitas 2x and have really enjoyed the area. There is a cute restaurant on the Lake that is open until 3:00 pm. Great biking and hiking path all the way around the lake. Also, Ojai and Santa Barbara are very close by.

Anyway, keep me posted, as I would like to try and join in. I have never driven my trailer by myself, but have to try sometime. Anyone of you ever hitched or unhitched a Hensley in case I need help?
