This is my last year working with the youth group at church. They have 5 men from the congregation volunteering to go this year, so no need for one more with only 6-7 kids going.

So I gain 5 vacation days back. Yea!!!!

The kids will be there in force with bicycles and dirt oriented toys too.

Plan is for an arivail on Thursday and pull out on Monday.

I sooooo need this time off with good friends, fresh air and a health dose of Aluminum.

Greetings All!

My confirmation was waiting for me when I arrived home this evening. I am confirmed for P35 -- arriving on Thursday and departing on Monday.

Spring was in the air this afternoon here in southern Illinois -- 70 degrees and sunny when school dismissed. Took advantage of the wonderful weather to enjoy the third opportunity to lower the top on my new VW Beetle convertible since I purchased it November 3.
