How many of us will bring dogs, cats, goldfish, or gerbils?
And will they wear flags??

We sent in our dollars for reservations today. So this rally is definately on our tour. One of the things we always enjoy about showing up to a rally that we have never been to before is putting faces and trailers to all the people we have met on the forum. I've never been in this part of the country so I'm really looking forward to being there and meeting everyone. It looks like we will be caravaning with Dennis Komeshak and making a stop at Carlyle Lake on the way. Hoping to see others on the road.

Great news. Been following your "Convoy" thread.
This little gathering has turned into a memorable event over the years.
I'm sure you'll come away with the same impression. Looking forward to meeting you,
Tom.

Dear Jack et al-uminum:
I meant to post this a while ago but my family will be unable to make it down due to my work schedule. We greatly enjoyed our first rally with you all last year and hope it is a hum dinger of a time. Looks like it is shaping up to be very well attended. Hope to see everyone on the road or at a rally soon. We are ordering a 27 FB Safari and had hoped to break her in at the rally. Everyone enjoy and our best to you all!

Thanks for the warm welcomes. Norby we have met before at a rally. I'm not remembering which one. In Oregon I think. The rust bucket bucks is a definate give away. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Our trip will be somewhere around 7,000 miles when we are finished. I figure we will own 51% of the oil companys.

Looking forward to seeing one of your two vintage units...which one will you bring? Will you be towing it with that vintage truck?
After looking at some of the photos of the work you did, it would be great to see them first hand. I think you'll have a great time at this event. It's one of the highlights of the new season for me!

Is there still room left?
We had reservations elswhere and I just realized that we can be there for the rally! Our first! Will there be snipe hunts??? I wish we could email or phone in the reservations. That way we'd know if it was full.

Please, when you get there, if you find anyone that meets that description, would you be kind enough to point them out 'cause I'd like to meet them too!
This IS a great bunch of folks, I think you'll enjoy them.

We're IN !
We just got our reservation confirmed. We are in site P32. Someone else originally had that spot but decided to move so all these "airstreams could be together". That was nice of whoever it was. This is our first rally and are looking forward to it ... now about finding the right flag... and getting the disc brakes installed.

I think Norbert is in charge of hunting snipe.

well, unless john hd will lend me his flags, i doane got nune...hot lava knows a lot about those choco snipes though which require extra special camo...i on the other hand just deal with the common grocery store variety.

We be driving our 1968 Ford 4x4 and pulling the 1963 Bambi. We look very vintage from the outside. But after all isn't what's on the inside that counts. Looking forward to meeting all the great folks.

How fun, even if it looks like WE'LL be losing our "oldest" status :-(
Your 1963 trumps our 1967 :-)
We are really looking forward to meeting all of the new people who have signed up for Moraine this year, plus re-establishing contact with the ones we already know :-)
