Bob - I am pea green I am so envious.
I was born in Fla. and have been all over it from Pensacola to Key West to Jacksonville. Destin is my very favorite place.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr 165 is booked for Thursday night   - I may have to set up in another site for Thursday night then move to mine (MINE I SAY!!!!!!!)  in the morning. I wonder if I stand there in the road tapping my foot in the morning they will get the hint and move early  . Hey, I have a question - how do you remove the stench of an SOB from your campsite, the thought of sliding in there just after they leave - my Airstream may not like that.
You guys have a Happy New Years too, we will have our yearly ritual and go to bed at 10PM and ring in the New Years asleep. The dogs will wake us when all the fireworks go off and we roll over. Happens like clock work each year.

Hey Clancy Boy, site 140 next to me is available Thursday night. I don't think Katzklaw will be coming in until Friday. I promise I'll be nice. I will even help you remove the essence of SOB in 165. I think that entails covering the site's concrete pad with aluminum foil and allowing it to bake in the sun for at least one hour. It may involve a short ceremonious chant.   Then all evil humors will be gone.
I should be ashamed, I have good friends with SOBs. But they all have aluminum envy. 
We were considering heading out tomorrow, but now I see there is just too much to do. So early Tuesday AM we will hit the road. Can't wait, y'all!  Have a happy and safe New Year's Eve.

food is a big deal and we seem to have that covered...
but right up there with eating and chatting is...
peaking around inside other peoples trailers! 
perhaps i missed it but did the topic of 'tours' happen?
how about saturday at 11-ish?
optional of course,
but if we set a time,
it will give me an excuse to pick up the peanut shells and dust...

Had to prebake my tea bread. 8:00 AM?? Scheesh, who's the morning bird, we night owls will have to "get 'em!" Braid and bake the rolls tomorrow, salad on site fresh. Sorry but you all will be having "fresh frozen" on the baked goods. 
Brian's number needs one more 4 at the end.
What's everyone doin' here? New Year's Eve count down? Everyone post at midnight and be LOUD about it. Too bad we aren't at the rally now.
Clancy Boy we have walked around the occupied campsite, usually get in a conversation, don't know if that speeds them up or slows them down! LOL
