The seafood place on 98 about a mile east of 30-A has a decent reputation. We always buy our seafood at Goatfeathers Seafood Market which is below Goatfeathers Retaurant. It is on 30-A, 3.5 miles east of Tops'l on the south side of the road.

I noticed clancy boy seems to have the boiling credentials (and offered his equipment) and Jim Clark is from NO. Surely between the all of that talent, we can cook a few shrimp and whatever else falls into the pot.
I will gladly help to boil. If necessary I can pickup the shirmp and bring with me. I won't know the price and count until we are closer to the event. Everyone knows the real fun is standing around and talking while the cooking is going on.

I have hosted a couple of Crayfish Rallies with my flyfishing club. I have used products from Zatarain's . It's good stuff! This is my favorite.....

I just spoke to my T shirt maker he saw the logo in 3 color and suggested a white shirt, he uses the best quaility shirts.

The ones he makes for me hold up great.

He will have a quote later today.

He is local to me so there is nop shipping cost and no sales tax.

I would give them out at my cost, they can be purchased on my secure website or I can just bring everybodies order with me at the rally.

If I remember correctly Zatarain was sold and the management moved out of the New Orleans area after Katrina. I think they may still have production here in New Orleans. I live near one of their production sites and will check to see it they are still active. I like the products; I do not like the liquid products as I can taste the difference.

There is a difference and AWPPC usually uses both, and finishes with a sprinkle of the dry on the cooked mud puppies. Mighty fine eatin.
