Name Badge
Here ya go everyone. All the name badges are finished once again until someone else joins in the Rally. Here is what it looks like.
The letters in red are your forum names. The blue letters are your real name. Then the site# you are on.I will also have a list and a simple map to let you all know where everyone is so you will be able to find someone in the campground. Also it will help if you forget a name because we know everyone by there forum name only pretty much.

clancy_boy.................crawfish e'tuffe over rice

Don't know about breakfast yet, have to leave pretty early Sunday AM. But if we can be there, I won't be empty-handed.
Dining out Thursday evening sounds great. Guess the only other thing I have to say right now is, THIRTY-ONE ~ SIXTY-THREE ~ WOW! Who knew . . . bet you didn't, Devoman. BTW, the badges are cool.
Oh yeah, and I'm all about laid back, can't wait, no phones, no pagers, no decisions, no hassle, NO STRESS! Shirt or not, no shoes, no problem. Tune in, drop out, and all of that Woodstockish stuff. And I'm loving the sound of the twisting of the can-opener in this merry repartee.

Wow is right
I really did not expect to much out of this rally but I did think that the timing was right on.This is very suprising and since it is this big I am thinking another one in 2008 would be great also.Just imagine how big it could get if this goes really well.If it happens which I think it will,I will have ample time to get ready.

dinner sounds great! so does brekkie on sunday. we're going to roll our early sunday so we can stop by the air museum. does anyone know if they have RV parking there? seems like most places do these days.
on another note, i just got a vintage movie screen! i don't know if i'm going to have a projector by then, but the screen looks cool! one of those old DaLites from the 50s/60s with the blue hammer paint and round tube. should be here in a few days. every day the UPS man comes with more goodies. it's like xmas early... even though most of it is for other people. ha!

I'm sure the parking lot at the Naval Air Museum can accommodate your trailer and truck. The place is very impressive and you will have a good time there. May be right behind you on Sunday - not so early tho. The place operates on donations - but gets great support from the Navy. A recent addition is one I would like to see.

have you been to the mighty 8th museum north of savannah? that one's pretty nice, too. they have a captured ME162 german jet... totally gutted, of course! ha!
so, what new addition are you looking forward to? the tomcat? i'm sure they've done something impressive for her retirement.

A-Merry-Can ..... I'm not sure what's there - been a few years since I've been there - just remember that they add alot of additional covered area indoors and moved some of the aircraft off the hard stand out back to inside display. Sat in an F-14 once on a carrier deck, never forget that.

Outdone by the West Coast bunch? That would be a difficult task but I think we're up to the challenge. Our 4CU gathering is a month after yours and if you all want to caravan out and show us how its done, we will certainly make accomodations and welcome you.

Brad, it's just a darned shame that life gets in the way of having a good time! Wouldn't it be fun to take a year to travel to a different regional rally each month? Think of the country you'd see and the forum friends you'd meet. Thanks for the invite to all. Now, wouldn't you be shocked if they took you up on it??!! ~G

Only one thing smells like bacon and that's bacon! What's that say? I don't know I can't read (forgot my glasses.)It's too early. Gotta hurry. Oh, forget this map, I will just follow my nose. Is it here? How about over here? What's happening to me? I'm being driven to the brink of madness by the tantalizing smoked aroma desperately searching for the origin of the bacon smell. Save some for meeeeeeee!!! Whose idea was it to tromp to breakfast in these Nick and Nora PJs anyway?
http://new.wavlist.com/tv/011/bacon.wav
I love the name tags. They turned out super, in a sleeve and all. WOW. Thanks.
