Can we come too?

With the exception of Rebel Beck, we don't know any of you good folks (may have exchanged a post or two) but looks like we don't need to pass this up, so we are in. We have some friends with an AS that aren't members of the Forum, but they will be today; they are coming too. Not sure about arrival dates yet but I got a man on it!!

Welcome to the rally and pass this along to your buddy, too! All Airstreamers, past, present, and future are welcome. We have been drop-bys at rallies in the past when we were in the planning stages of purchasing our Airstream and were welcomed by all those attending.

They say the more the merrier and I believe this is true when it comes to an Airstream rally, whether a formal rally or forum rally. December is a busy month for us as it is for most and we will be coming off of a week-long trip when we come down from Atlanta on Jan. 5, but we are looking forward to meeting everyone and putting faces with forum aliases.

Jack is a must but I'm flexible

Very funny Beck! Maybe I will forget to mention how loud you snore.

Subject to confirmation we have sites 118 and 152. Should get in early afternoon on Friday.

Dates are Jan. 5-7, but several folks are coming early. From the looks of it, we will have the whole park! 45 days and counting! Gee!!! Has anyone noticed how many hits this thread has had??? It seems that when this groups gets together, everyone is watching!

Was there a theme to the Georgia Fall Leaf Thing pot luck? Is there one for this pot luck? If not, when will we decide? Just as long as it doesn't involve turkey...by then I will be turkeyed out!

AWPPC loves to boil crawfish but it is a little early in the seson for them. But, shrimp and other sea creatures are very good when boiled in his VERY SPICY brew. I'll volunteer him and help cook if the group makes that decision.

My wife makes a great paella but it requires an oven and our Safari has the micro/convection oven and I don't know if she is confident in its particular use enough to risk cooking for others in it yet. I don't think she has used it for anything other than popcorn and baked potatos yet.

Yes, there was a theme - TOO MUCH FOOD AND SO LITTLE TIME.....

Wow - this thing has taken off.

Minnie's Mate - my wifes sister and family are looking at Disney for the first part of January. Our plans now are to go early and camp a Ft Wilderness, say the 1st through the 5th - drive up on the 5th and stay at the rally. We don't need to do Disney parks but a stay at FW would be a vaction in itself. Get to have fun with the kids after.

Beck - we are lookers too, but will have to pass this time.
