I have the pot/strainer with paddle to stir, burner, and tank with - so I can bring that - no problem. I can cook it, we need shrimp boil and lemons, red potatoes, corn, onions etc...... I have already bought the stuff for e'touffe but an switch gears if you want. Or, I can just provide the equipment, no problem.

it's too many messages at once

Boil
Hey Clancyboy
If you already got the things for your E'touffe go ahead and go with that.Mabey just bringing the supplies to cook the shrimp with would work if everyone could give some ideas on what would be a good way to do this.

I would suggest the left side upper chest have the name, the back have the full logo.
Just one other thought, what about a half tone of an A/S shape on the front behind the name?
I haven't talk to my shirt supplier, but arounf $7 is right however this is for a good quailty US made shirt that won't shrink.
I don't recall any setup fee but not sure, the key to price is how many are ordered.
How many do you folks think will sell?

now ya got it!
hard to know how many will go yet...
get the final and pm everyone....for sizes and orders.
at one rally the shirt maker just did it and ordered extras...
they were still selling the left overs 2 years later,
or giving them for door prizes...
cheers

the main dish...
devoman...
looks like clancy boy IS making the main dish.
perhaps what's needed is contributions for the shrimp and so on...
a few dollars per person.
then others could/should bring pot luck side dishes....
so either let everyone bring whatever...
or start a potluck/side dish post so folks can report what they plan to bring...
without much organization, a nice variety of side dishes to share will appear!
cheers

Side dishes
I think if everyone brings something it would be more fun to try different things.Personally I would like to do that instead.

Pic
The pic I posted would be for a banner.Simple and straight to the point.I like the other design as well but I think it would look a lot better on a t-shirt than just blue and black lettering w/palm trees.I to also vote for the one without the flamingo to go on a shirt.

Cafepress
I have used Cafepress for one off t shirts in the past. It is easy and simple. Any money earned could go to offset costs. Here is a link, makes life easy and you can have several choices. If by chance any money is made it could be donated back to the forum to offset the cost of the server rental. Christmas Gifts.

This is a link to my shop, I was playing with a graphic of one of my Collins radios. They take your art work and print it on anything. I have never sold anything and haven't looked at it in over a year.

Thanks Jim

OK, we've got some great graphics designers out there. I'm for "2007 Florida Can Opener", simple and understated, says it all. On the graphics I agree with those who say simple is best, less is more. I'm all for the T-shirts, let me know where to pay up. They'll be collectors items in a few years.
I'll cook whatever you like, but I don't think any of you want the lone lacto-ovo vegetarian involved in your seafood preparation. I don't know my way around shrimp heads or crawfish tails. I would do something stupid like pinch off the most prized parts and discard them. Then Clancy Boy would beat me over the head with his e'touffe pot and ya'll would string me up and throw me off the pier. I think I'll bring a couple of sides.

Nahh, SUGARFOOT - I just won't let Daisy have anything to do with you. That would be punishment enough, she would turn her little head. Come to think of it, that's what she does now to everyone, she is very shy. Must say, I liked all the stuff you made in Georgia, I just don't know how to make veggy e'tuffe - it would just be sauce.......
Daisy is a little priss in here new "digs" and is just itching for a rally.
