Last year Tony was confronted by a knife yeilding racoon, and as we sat up late the first night, a yetti tripped over the propane tanks, and hit the window, sending Tony clear to the back of the trailer in 1.3 seconds.

Also, when Don (Panub) was napping in his lounge chair one evening, he woke up to find a racoon sitting on the table next to him.

Lots of fun wildlife.....

OH, and there was that incident where the critters threw leftover food from the pot luck into the woods... that was very strange....

That wasn't strange...that was a chocolate milk induced attempt at getting some coon stew for the next day's breakfast (insert Deliverence banjo here.....

I think I know who the mystery person is. Something connected to exasperation. . . anticipation. . . exhilaration. Am I close, Jack? Out of consideration, we shouldn't bring this person into the limelight, but I think I know. Shh! I won't tell. Let's all do our own silent guess and then find out if we were right or wrong. To make the game work, we need a way to send in our candidate for mystery guest and have it tabulated and saved for the record, but not publicized. I'm not techy enough to know how to do that. And I cannot even be there to share the fun and chocolate milk. Drat!

I'm quite certain the mystery camper is Britney Spears......she wouldn't dream of missing an Airstream Rally with a "Happy 30th birthday, RON," theme - after all - Ron is her number one fan and one of the regular hits on her official website.....tehe. I hope she shows up in one of those space suits she wears in her video. Maybe she'll let me borrow it......

We have officially bid on our 3rd home (we've had some unusual bidding experiences - including one woman who raised her price 1o,000 during negotiations.......Can't decide if we should've taken that personally? We'll find out today (I think) and hopefully be able to swing the rally. We are moving to beautiful Wilmington Illinois Yee! HAW!. It's a nice small town and seems like a very nice place to raise our boys. Still have to sell our house, though.

Now that I know Britney will be there, I have added incentive to go. I just know we'll be bosom friends - we have so much in common.

Based on the last two rallys we are way too early for this topic. Food talk wil start in May after we get a much better idea of reservations. Right now we need attendees.

Ok, but I am thinkng about it. This winter has been MUCH too long. I am SO looking forward to summer activities. I also keep trying to bring this post up to the top, hoping people will join in.

I sold a bunch of vintage aluminum kitchenware on Ebay this week, and have done a fair amount of recruiting.
