Texas gal 61 asked about other campsites. Across the street from the park is Riverside Cottages, the have 7 full hook up sites and in years past Airstreamer's stayed at The Settlement which is a few miles away.

I just found out that my husband needs to be in Austin next week so Hubby and I would like to attend if there is a cancellation. I checked with the park just now and the ranger told me that they do not allow trailers in the shelter area anymore. If you hear of a vacancy please let me know, scoppedge@veopoint.com Thanks! Susan

My best suggestion would be to call the park everyday, Also you can check out Blanco Riverside Cottages and RV park it is just at the entrance of the state park. There are a few people staying there!

We really don't have a list going for potluck but it will be Saturday night. Friday we will feed everyone but desserts will not be turned away for Friday. I think Deb had posted on post #40 for thee agenda
