Vanguard Heater Quit

Our 91 Limited (34 Foot) has a Vanguard space heater in the living room. We call it the fireplace. Well it was working just fine when I left town. Came back and the girlfriend had tried to start it with no luck. Now I can't either. We have good spark, and have tried to lighter as well. It is mounted next to the oven which is working fine so we are getting propane within inches. I have heard about venting the line but can find no guidance on how to do so. Vanguard's website is useless as tits on a board/
