Couldn't agree more. Name one other brand that inspires a fraction of the blood, sweat and tears that we invest in these things. And without a hint of disgust ~ every one is a labor of love, projects begun and finished by choice.
Despite the fact they're often passed from one generation to the next by way of sitting in a farm field, I feel they're as deserving of the title "heirloom" as any old diamond bracelet hidden in some safety deposit box.
