Slightly used propane tanks, sell?

I am thinking of buying the Viking Propane tanks that are lighter than my steel tanks and have "Windows" so I can see how full my tanks are at a glance. Is there a market for two year old 20 lp tanks? Would I post them or eBay or the forums?

I doubt you'll find many carriers willing to transport propane cylinders that may have even a smidgen of propane in them. Sell locally so no shipping is involved. Maybe via Craigslist.

I collect 20 lb bottles from alleyways. They are then exchanged for full bottles, w/17lbs gas. Used bottles are not worth much.

You can ship them but the hazardous material permits/charges would cost more than your new tanks!
