Regulator leak or tank purge

The pin hole under the top part of the regulator is purging propane, hissing it. Both tanks just filled but it hasn't be hot here. Purge or bad regulator? Left both tanks full open to let them purge.

I've never had a regulator do that. I'm thinking a bad regulator and you're wasting your propane.

Put on the back up regulator and seems fine. You do carry a backup regulator dont' you.
I'll send it to ASC for inspection as this is wierd.
