1. Bottles filled
2. Both valves turned all the way on
3. Bleed air from lines
4. I start with oven top burners as they are the closest to the bottles, next the fridge and then water heater and heater. By then pretty sure all the air is out of the lines. I do this before starting each trip as part of my preflight.
