Anyone know where to find something like this cover for a Sovereign?Maybe something more round to match the the round lines of the trailer.

There was one on Airforums classified about a month ago I'm not sure if it is still there. Someone from CT. Good luck, expensive.

What is their purpose? Or are they strictly decorative?

We have a plastic one like most of the white box trailers use. We use silver paint on it every two or three years to keep it looking like new. They can be bought at most RV stores for less than $75.00. Find a scratch in the plastic and make them a deal!

Hello Aage, yes they just cover up the tanks and hoses.I think they look better than polished tanks but at $300 to $550 for the cover I may be sporting polished tanks for awhile.

I like your thinking! Is the plastic cover held on by any type of mount or does it just slide over the tanks?

Ours is almost snug on the tanks. If I watch it in the mirror sometimes I see it wiggle around. It has some small eye bolts (installed by my Grandfather) near the bottom where we can fasten a bungee if I remember before we pull out. I have seen some that have access pannels in the top for turnning the gas on and off without removing the cover. If I ever have extra cash I am going that route.

That's Airstream themselves selling it, look at the address...!

I bought one of those screen door guards with the Airstream name in it from them last summer. Good to deal with.
