Newtec Gas Detection Control Unit?

Having problem with Newtec gas Detection Control Unit. When I turn unit on I still dont get switch at propane tanks to open and allow gas flow. When I hit the reset button on the unit the alarm immediately sounds and I get gas to stove but not enough pressure to hot water heater to give me all but a small burn and the alarm wont shut off until I turn the unit off which then cuts flow of gas. Battery is fully charged and I am plugged into AC outlet. Do I have a bad gas detection unit? I understand Newtec went belly up? Replacement manufacturer if this is my problem?

Welcome to the forums. What year and model Airstream are you working on?

Thanks Terry

Solved problem. Replaced electronic control valve with a fitting since it was behind regulator. Have carbon monoxide sensors for extra safety.
