need new propane tanks for 96 Ltd.

I have a 96 34 classic ltd with 40# Horizontal tanks that are now to old to refill. I live in Whistler BC and cannot find anywhere to purchase replacements any suggestions?

Try to find an LP supplier that will: 1) Change the fill valves to the new OPD style and 2) re-certify the tanks.

It's way cheaper to do this than buying new tanks.

Good luck!

Propane bottle replacement

Raystream- Please check out propane bottle replacement under forums, squarestream. I think your bottles may be the same aluminum worthingtons, but your made date may be too late and canada laws may be different but some squarestream owners have found there is an exemption for their laydown 40 pounders if they are inspected and placarded. There is also reference for U.S. governing bodies for these and they may be able to steer you to like canadian governing rules. I can't see they would ever go bad unless in a high salt air environment or damaged by a physical blow. Cheers.
