Loose Refr Igniter?

1999 Excella 30' - Mods/ feel free to redirect, and/or tell me links for the answers which I couldn't find with SEARCH. Am I correct that this little white tube should be secured by the loop-and-screw? I ask because mine is loose, and a rough road will dislocate it resulting in the Refr going to "check" rather than staying on. (View is with wind deflector moved aside, and I DO use expanded aluminum baffles at the door when under way.)

Should be a very tight fit. You could remove the ceramic, press the bracket lip tight in a vise or pliers, and try to reinsert. Or, epoxy it. Or get a new one.

A dab of epoxy should do the trick. Just make sure the end of it is in the flame.
